Victoria police appeal to public in search for ‘high-risk’ missing teen

The Victoria Police Department is asking for public help in finding Kareem, who they say is a “high-risk missing teen.” Kareem was reported missing on Wednesday (June 3) after failing to return home after school and not contacting family, which police say is out of character. He is described as 4’8” tall with a slim build, dark skin, and afro-style black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a red design and black pants.
