Victoria Looks at Solutions to Graffiti Problem Costing Nearly $500K

Council approved a 6-2 motion to explore limits on spray paint sales to minors as graffiti cleanup costs climbed to $472,000.

The city will explore ways to diminish criminal graffiti in Victoria. In a motion three years in the making, Coun.
