Victim says burglar seen fleeing with stolen chainsaw - The Oxford Eagle

When dispatched on April 21 to a CR 504 property concerning a shed burglary, a Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department deputy was told that Nathan Daugherty, 37, had been seen fleeing the scene carrying a chainsaw. Daugherty was subsequently arrested for commercial burglary and transported to the LCDC. Daugherty was later issued a $5,000 bond by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.
