Vibez receives a visit from fire inspectors after fatal shooting

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A day after a Youngstown council member called for the closing of a South Side restaurant, city fire inspectors paid the business a visit. Fire Chief Barry Finley confirmed two of the department's inspectors toured the "Vibez" restaurant Wednesday morning.
