The Chorzów overpass must be demolished. New facts are coming to light about the structure, which should have probably been demolished a long time ago. In the meantime, residents of Silesia have to deal with changes in tram, bus and train routes, detours for drivers and restrictions on pedestrian traffic. The city office has launched a special website, where information about changes in traffic organization is published.
In Chorzów in Silesia, the DK79 viaduct has been closed. The reason for this decision is an expert opinion received by the city office. Traffic has been closed on the viaduct and also under it.
The authorities of Chorzów have announced the complete closure of one of the viaducts in the city. The city authorities decided to take this step after the results of an expert opinion, according to which the structure does not demonstrate any load-bearing capacity and will fail or collapse.
