Veribest’s Martin Signs to Play Baseball at Wayland Baptist

VERIBEST, TX — Veribest High School senior Bryce Martin signed Tuesday to play baseball for Wayland Baptist University.Veribest doesn’t even have a baseball program, but Martin played select baseball for the West Texas Hooks.Martin has also proven to be a standout athlete wherever he competes.He rushed for over 1,100 yards during his junior football season, and he scored over 1,000 points during his basketball career.
