In a statement issued on Tuesday 30 June, the Jordanian Civil Defence announced that a three-year-old child had been rescued six days after the earthquakes in Venezuela that killed at least 2,000 people.
Six days after two catastrophic earthquakes hit Venezuela, in which, according to the latest data, almost 2,000 people died, rescuers rescued a three-year-old child alive from under the rubble on Tuesday.
When they pulled the boy alive from the rubble in the Venezuelan state of Guaira, Jordanian rescuers were jumping for joy.
