The Government of Venezuela rejected on Wednesday the exploration campaign carried out by the Cooperative Republic of Guyana in maritime areas that remain under dispute between the two countries. Through a communiqué, the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry criticized the insistent unilateral claims of the Guyanese Government and called for refraining from carrying out acts that harm the principles of international law.
