EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) -- It's time to celebrate various forms of art in East Liverpool. Arts Week started Tuesday at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame. There is art on display, and there are numerous workshops and classes for you to learn and try various types of art, like copper tray painting, colored pencil bird drawing, or oil painting.
