UTRGV Adding Seats To Edinburg’s Vackar Stadium – 710am KURV

The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley is adding seats to Vackar Stadium ahead of the upcoming football season. The university will add about 15-hundred seats to the south end zone and move the student section to that part of the stadium. The seats freed by the move will be used for season ticket holders and single-game ticket buyers. The new seats will increase the stadium’s capacity to nearly about 13-thousand 500 fans.
