Police said Robert Collins, of Utica, would arrange a vehicle sale online and then meet with the seller at a location in the city. When the seller attempted to get paid, police said Collins would pull out a gun and threaten to harm the seller. Police said Collins would take the keys and the vehicle and drive away.
