Texas Tanner Wins Mountain West Weight Throw Title

RENO, Nev. – Air Force senior Texas Tanner captured the Mountain West title in the weight throw this afternoon (Feb. 27), as the Falcons continued action at the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships in Reno. Tanner was one of two Falcons to earn a podium finish at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center on Friday, while junior Liliane Aittama reset the program record in the 800-meter run.
