USS Gerald R. Ford again at sea

Summary by ItaMilRadar
After spending several days in Marseille, the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) has returned to sea. She is currently sailing south off the northwestern coast of Sardinia. We were able to pinpoint its position thanks to the flight of a U.S. Navy Grumman C-2A (reg. 162166), which took off from NAS Sigonella, landed on the carrier, and then departed about an hour later back to Sigonella.
