USPS plans summer shipping rate hike as part of 10-year plan

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The U.S. Postal Service is proposing new shipping rates set to take effect July 13, with increases aimed at supporting investments under its decade-long “Delivering for America” transformation plan.
