The USC lost at the beginning of this year the opportunity to present 25 applications for Ramón y Cajal aid of 2025 for a failure in its processing. On Tuesday the Consello de Goberno gave the approval to Phoenix, a program of its own and extraordinary with which the institution compostelana now seeks to respond to that situation and recover some of the research talent affected.
