Once again, Chicago area leads nation in home appreciation – Chicago Agent Magazine
The S&P Cotality Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index rose 1.9% year over year in July, up from a 1.6% gain in June. Month over month, the index rose 0.12%.
In the U.S., the S&P Cotality Case-Shiller National Home Price Index rose 1.9 percent year-on-year in July. Home prices in 20 major cities also increased by 2.5 percent during the same period.
