US Solar Sets New Records as Renewables Nearly Match Natural Gas – EIA

UNITED STATES, JUN 26 – Renewable energy sources, led by solar and wind, reached 32.8% of U.S. electricity generation in April, narrowing the gap with natural gas at 35.1%, EIA data show.
