US Navy Middle East chief says Iran has 'attention of everyone'
Vice Adm. Brad Cooper says he's seen a rise in what he described as Iran's "malign activities" in the region. The 5th Fleet patrols the crucial Strait of Hormuz, the narrow mouth of the Persian Gulf through which 20% of all oil transits. Iran's mission to the United Nations did not immediately respond to a request for comment over Cooper's remarks.
