- Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Thursday the U.S. plans to lift sanctions on Iranian oil, while Trump will seek $200 billion from Congress, as the S&P 500 faces a fourth week of losses.
- On Wednesday, a Washington-based human rights group reported at least 1,369 civilians had been killed, while Iran's U.N. ambassador said last week that at least 1,348 civilians had been killed since the war's start.
