Urgent Action Needed To Address Housing Crisis In Yorkshire

A new state of the region report from the Northern Housing Consortium has been launched in parliament. It revealed the urgent need for more social housing in the Yorkshire and the Humber region. It found that there are over 172,000 households on social housing waiting lists in the region – a 15 per cent rise on the previous year.
