Upper Darby Township police have arrested a Philadelphia man in a gunshot slaying on May 1 in the 200 block of Wembly Road. Donte Hill, 34, of the 3800 block of Pennsgrove Street was committed to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Concord without bail on murder 1, 2 and 3, robbery, firearms and related charges in the death of Hansen A. Charles, 36. Hill was arraigned by District Judge Walter A.
