Update: Weather alert in place for Wallowa County Saturday midday

On Saturday at 10:25 a.m. the National Weather Service released an updated special weather statement until 11:30 a.m. for Wallowa County."Patchy fog, locally dense with visibility as low as one-quarter mile, is present in Wallowa Valley. Expect rapid reductions in visibility over short distances, slow down and allow extra distance between other vehicles on the road. Fog is anticipated to lift through morning," states the weather service.
