UPDATE: 3/16: HART COUNTY, Ky. – Hart County Emergency Management confirmed Sunday that Eli Miller has been found and is said to be in safe condition. Officials say Miller was spotted Saturday when by a local property owner who saw movement in a covered boat. Emergency management says he was staying in a wooded area near Thomas Bend Road.
