HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) —  The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is investigating a fatal crash off of Middle Valley Road. On August 28, 2025, at 2:45 p.m., HCSO deputies responded to the 7000 block of Middle Valley Road for reports of a single-vehicle crash.
