UPDATE: Lost child's home has been located, and he is safe, Auburn Police say

Auburn Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying this young boy, who was seen walking alone Thursday morning, April 23. According to the Auburn Police Department, the child, believed to be between 6 and 8 years old, was spotted walking westbound on 8th Street NE toward Fred Meyer (map below). Police said the child is nonverbal, and officers are working to locate his home and reunite him with his family.
