COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A man accused of killing a woman at a motel on Range Line Street in Columbia appeared in court on Friday for an arraignment. Nicholas Ayres, 35, of Crane, Missouri, is charged in Boone County with first-degree domestic assault and second-degree murder in the death of Destiny Dunn, 37, of Kansas City.
