UPDATE: Prince Edward County has lifted its partial burn. This comes after Environment Canada ended its heat warning for the region on Wednesday afternoon. Prince Edward County has instituted a partial burn ban in response to rising temperatures. The new ban takes effect immediately. Under this ban, a burn permit is required for all open-air burning.
