HALIFAX, N.C. (NCN News) – The body of kayaker missing for more than three weeks was located Saturday (June 6). According to a Facebook post from the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office, Angel Martinez, was located in the Roanoke Rapids Lake near where he was last seen the night of May 14.
