The man is accused of accosting the girl as they exited a bus before a passerby intervened.

Bellevue police arrest man accused of trying to kidnap girl, 16

Authorities responded after 4 p.m. on Friday to the Lake Hills QFC grocery store, the Bellevue Police Department said in a news release.

The incident was reported on Friday afternoon by a woman who alerted about the suspicious actions of three men. On Monday, a van with similar characteristics was intercepted by the authorities and her driver transferred to the police station to testify.
