Officers from the Cairns Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) charged a 22-year-old man yesterday 17 August, following a fatal single-vehicle crash at Stratford on 21 June. Officers were called to Stratford Road around 4.13am following reports an allegedly stolen grey Toyota Fortuna left the roadway and rolled.
