Police have released an image of a white Toyota Hilux as part of a renewed appeal following a fatal traffic crash at Smithfield on 5 August. At 1.25pm, police were called following reports a Toyota Landcruiser utility collided with a Rav4 and a Subaru Impreza on the Smithfield Bypass.
