There's a new twist in the Saurabh murder case in Meerut. Meera Rathore of the All India Hindu Mahasabha has written to the Mathura District Magistrate, demanding the hanging of Muskan and Rivatika, and has offered to be the executioner herself.
The cases are once again in the headlines after the death penalty was handed down in two high-profile murder cases. A petition has been submitted to the Mathura District Magistrate to become Meera Rathore's executioner free of charge.
