By JAMES BROWN Glasgow News 1 The Republican Primary race for Barren County Judge-Executive was head-to-head, unlike some of the other countywide races. Incumbent Jamie Bewley Byrd faced challenger Paula Ratliff Pedigo. Unofficially, Byrd won the primary and will continue as the county’s chief executive officer.
