The body of an unidentified man has been found floating in the Lilongwe River near Winners Chapel, apparently in an advanced state of decomposition. Kawale Police spokesperson Sub-Inspector Mabvuto Precious Phiri said people who were collecting sand from the river spotted the body and alerted the local chief, who subsequently informed the police.
