Iowa University to Offer New Wisconsin Undergraduates in-State Tuition

BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, JUL 8 – New Neighboring State Rate lets students from six bordering states pay $10,201 for tuition and fees, aiming to increase enrollment and address regional workforce needs.

The University of Northern Iowa says out-of-state students from neighboring states, like Wisconsin, would save more than $12,000 annually.
