Following the explosion of an unexploded ordnance that occurred within the U.S. Kadena Ammunition Depot area (Yomitan Village, etc.), the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force notified all units across the country on the 10th of measures to prevent recurrence, including prohibiting the use of tools or impacts on unexploded ordnance whose fuse cannot be determined from the outside.
