Ukrainian drones attacked a refinery in Novokuybyshevsk, Samara Oblast. A fire broke out at the facility, the Ukrainska Pravda website reported. A similar incident occurred at the port of Vysotsk on Russia's Baltic coast after an attack by Ukrainian drones.

In Leningrad region, there was a fire in the port of Wysotsk following the drone attack, according to Governor Alexander Drozdenko in the Max Massenger. He said that 27 drones had been hit over the region and that there had been no injuries. In Samara region, the drone had fallen near the Novokuybashovsk hospital. Glasses, patients and newborns had been knocked out of the building.
