Americans want Russia to return to the global economy after the war in Ukraine ends. The Wall Street Journal reported that Washington, in annexes to the peace proposals for Ukraine, proposes restoring Russian energy supplies to Western Europe. But that's not all.
The Trump administration is preparing a break-up plan for Ukraine, says the Wall Street Journal. It advocates "business-for-peace" and massive American investment in Russia, to manage 200 billion dollars of frozen assets.
