European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced the transfer of the first 3.2 billion euros (over 77 billion crowns) to Kiev as part of an EU loan at a conference on Ukraine's post-war reconstruction on Thursday. The total amount of the loan is 90 billion euros (2.2 trillion crowns), and the disbursement of the money is divided between this year and next.
