Ukraine to launch Starlink mobile internet in 2026, becoming Europe’s first, Kyivstar says
UKRAINE, JUL 10 – Kyivstar will enable mobile satellite internet with Starlink to serve rural and conflict-affected areas, improving connectivity for nearly 25 million users by mid-2026, CEO said.
