Senior Ukrainian officials confirmed that 75 more Ukrainian prisoners were returned from Russia on Friday.

Russia and Ukraine have carried out the first exchange of prisoners of war since February this year, the Defense Ministry said in a statement. The exchange of 75 Ukrainian prisoners of war for the same number of captured members of Russian forces was later confirmed on Telegram by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
