Russia and Ukraine have carried out the first exchange of prisoners of war since February this year, the Defense Ministry said in a statement. The exchange of 75 Ukrainian prisoners of war for the same number of captured members of Russian forces was later confirmed on Telegram by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
