JW Anderson Takes the Penny Loafer to Ugg with a New Two-Style Collaboration
The unisex capsule reworks Ugg’s Classic Boot and Tasman with penny-loafer details and arrives in three colors, priced from $300 to $400.
On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Ugg and JW Anderson launched their debut unisex footwear collaboration, featuring the Loafer Boot priced at $400 and the Loafer at $300, available online and at select retailers globally.
Dior Creative Director Jonathan Anderson designed the collection to reimagine Ugg's Classic Boot and Tasman slipper, applying traditional penny loafer details like saddle straps and box-stitching to the familiar shearling silhouettes.
Three colorways—chestnut, khaki, and orange—define the campaign, which features British musician and producer Dev Hynes, known as Blood Orange, modeling everyday rituals Ugg said celebrate 'the beauty and range of everyday ritual.'
Ugg continues its strategic expansion into luxury fashion through this partnership, following recent collaborations with designer Willy Chavarria that reflect the brand's push beyond traditional casualwear.
As boundaries between loungewear and luxury dressing blur, designer reinterpretations of familiar silhouettes find new relevance; the collaboration is positioned as a potential standout in autumn footwear.
