Swiss banking giant UBS will be completing its takeover of Credit Suisse around 12 June. This is later than the expected date of UBS chief executive Sergio Ermotti. UBS has agreed to buy Credit Suisse on March 19 for $3.25 billion. Ermotti after the takeover will be handling invested assets worth $5 trillion.
