Two women arrested in investigation for kidnapping and murder in Mayaguez

MAYAGUEZ — Two women who allegedly kidnapped and murdered convict Pedro Giovanny Arroyo Montaz on October 23, 2024, were arrested by agents of the Drug Division and are in the custody of investigators from the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps.

Nearly ten months after the kidnapping and murder of a 17-year-old teenager between Sénas and Saint-Martin-de-Crau, six people were arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday.
