Two Men Charged After Convenience Store Holdup Downtown

SHENANDOAH - Two Shenandoah men are facing charges in connection with a Sunday afternoon convenience store holdup. Joshua Mercado, 20, and Leonardo Omar Pagan-Ortiz, 26, were both arrested Sunday afternoon in Brandonville.
