Two young men, including a chowmein vendor, died in separate road accidents in the Rosera police station area of Samastipur district over the past 12 hours. The first incident occurred near Mabbhi Chowk on Monday night, while the second occurred near Cinema Chowk around 4 a.m. on Tuesday. In both incidents, the drivers fled the scene.
