- Floodwaters inundated Ichikawa and roads in front of Kamakura station, a popular sightseeing spot. Kamakura Mayor Takashi Matsuo warned on social media that "travelling by car is dangerous" due to flooding across the city.
- Japan Meteorological Agency officials warned that total rainfall through Tuesday could exceed September's average monthly total, resulting in record-breaking precipitation. Dujuan marks Japan's 25th typhoon this year, reflecting typical late-season storm activity.
