Two People Arrested for Drugs in Shannon County
On July 8, 2025, deputies with the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop near Winona, Missouri. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of 10 grams of psilocybin and 247.2 grams of marijuana. The occupants of the vehicle, Alisha May of Dalton, Massachusetts, and Leslie Houts of Floyd, Virginia, were arrested and incarcerated at the Shannon County Jail.
