KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Two men, aged 46 and 60, were charged with theft after a traffic camera was stolen in Knox County Wednesday, court records showed. Around 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, two people stole a traffic camera at Schaad Road and Pleasant Ridge Road.
