Two foreign citizens were shot dead this morning at the 15th kilometer of Carapongo Avenue, in Lurigancho-Chosica. This is the Cuban Jorge Campbell Cabrera and the Venezuelan Jonathan Sánchez Olivero, who were attacked after a confusing incident.
